Donors, board members and volunteers gathered late last month to celebrate 27 years of community impact made by the Lapeer County Community Foundation.
A $1 million bequest from longtime North Branch area pharmacist Lou Adams will forever transform lives in North Branch.
"Leaving a legacy can make an impact at any amount and in a variety of ways," said Nancy Boxey, executive director of the LCCF.
